The Atlantic Council of Croatia’s Vice-President, prof. dr. Lidija Čehulić Vukadinović, deliver a lecture within the project ˝School of the Euro-Atlantic Integrations˝ on September 19, 2014, at the PR Center in Podgorica, Montenegro. Prof. dr. Čehulić Vukadinović held presentation titled ˝NATO and Euro-Atlantism during the cold war˝. She talk about challenges that world faced after the II World War, formation of NATO, its development and consolidation. She said that cold war shaped NATO as it is today. Prof. dr. Čehulić also mentioned new challenges that emerged at the end of the cold war, which demanded that NATO member countries start with finding new modalities for the NATO’s existence in the years to come.
Within the aforementioned project, prof. dr. Čehulić Vukadinović delivered lecture ˝NATO in post cold war period: process of transformation in political and security organization˝. She talked about challenges that emerged after the cold war, as well about the process of adjusting to them.
